Woke up at 6:30 to run most of my mileage before weights. It was 8 degrees outside. Went back to sleep and missed weights. Ran 8.3 at around noon, could only fit in that much between a class and a project. I interviewed some of the top girls on the team for my Sports Writing class I'm taking as an elective. It's crazy how every single one of those girls on the top 7 has gone through a rough time in their running careers due to health issues. Yet they made nationals for the first time and took 25th despite a pretty mediocre day. The Houle factor baby.

Added on 3.7 later on after sunset, went slower and was feeling that second lunch brew up in my stomach. Good thing my double was barely anything.
